Country Head - Sales

Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate to head our national sales team and scale revenue to the next level.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a robust sales strategy and building a team of Area Sales Managers / Asst Managers and Franchisees across enterprise and warehouse space sales.
The person should be responsible for creating a niche market space with innovative ideas as well as creating new sales avenues, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and staying a step ahead of traditional competitors.

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for Creating, Owning all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
Assists in the development of the sales plan, Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for Area Sales Managers / Asst Managers,
Franchisees and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting and budget setting.
Land and expand: Build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion Evangelize the product and personally help close the largest deals
Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

Skills and Qualifications:
10 years of relevant sales experience including management of warehouse space selling functions and a track record of exceeding targets.
Worked with a Commercial space selling / Insurance / Logistics / Supply Chain activity.
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and portrays an ability to Coach and Lead the team.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Having Geographical know-how of PAN India.
MBA from a Renowned Institute.


 

Sales Manager

Job description:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Should have knowledge of warehousing and real estate industry

Sales Coordinator

 Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

  • Setup up system and process for end to end lead management from lead generation, lead conversion, onboarding, documentation and start-up of the franchise partner
  • Collaborate with other teams to quickly successfully change the branding of the partner to SToreMart and launch the partner store and create initial buzz for partner growth.
  • Build after sales CRM team to support franchise
  • Setup process of constant learning from current partners, issue resolution system for current partners and implementation of learnings for the new partners
  • Identify potential collaborations, inorganic pathways to fast track the franchise partner program.
